After 22 years of local banking experience where she worked as a bookkeeper, assistant cashier, teller, and new accounts manager, Susan first began as the part-time secretary for Memorial UMC in January 1998. She then became the secretary for both Memorial and Calvary a year before the merger, and has been our indispensable secretary for Lewisburg UMC since December 2001. She has had a past interest in personalized children’s books, having set up S & B Desktop Services.

Her devoted husband, Buster, is known throughout Lewisburg as “The Bike Man,” for the bicycle shop he operates out of his garage. Their daughter, Shawna, lives with her husband, Jim, stationed at Robins AFB, Georgia, along with granddaughters Shelby and Savannah.
